At the Government session that was held on 30th January the Law Draft on financial transactions and accounting unprofitable organizations was accepted. This proposed law is supposed to manage the financial operations and accounting systems of unprofitable organizations, specifically the principles of financial management, preparation and performance of financial plans, reports on spending budget funds, accounting principles and operations, business records and accounting documents, list of assets, liabilities, their own resources and recognition of revenue, expenditure, income and outcome, financial reporting, annual financial statements, publication of annual financial statements, supervision of financial transactions and accounting and other areas related to financial management in unprofitable organizations.
