Center for Civil Initiatives collected experiences and knowledge gained through the process of certification of CCI according to ISO 9001, and presented it in our electronic edition of “Step by Step to ISO 9001: 2008”.
With this publication we wanted to help and serve as guidance and assistance to all interested non-governmental organizations with all necessary steps required for the implementation of systems of quality, as an excellent foundation for quality management in NGOs.
